The Duoblade S is the latest all in one finisher from Anytron. Enabling you to produce on demand, short run labels in house with maximum durability, the DuoBlade S has a unique multi blade cutting system which increases production speed and is more economic to run compared to equivalent machines.

With lamination, digital die-cutting with two blades minimum, removal of the excess label material around each die-cut shape, slitting, and rewinding, the DuoBlade S offers you everything to professionally cut and finish your labels.

An Ideal companion for the Anytron Any-002, Afinia L801 and L901 the DuoBlade S is a perfect finishing solutions capable of producing high quality, durable labels for short to medium run label requirements.

DuoBlade S Features:

Lamination and Slitting

Ability to laminate labels to provide additional surface protections and UV fastness. The DuoBlade is also supports up to 15 slitting blades with a minimum 1cm gap.

Multi Blade Cutting

Supporting a maximum label size of 340 x 400mm the two cutting blades as standard can be increased to four, with a overall maximum speed of 6 meters a minute.

Special Shapes

Use regular media–no need to order pre-die cut label rolls, reducing inventory and costs, allowing for standard and special label shapes with no issues.

Industrial Printing

USB Memory
