The Epson ColorWorks C7500G printer has been designed to revolutionise in house short and long run production of digital labels. With the new C7500G, a compact and powerful device, you can now cost-effectively meet your in house labelling requirements without making sacrifices in speed or quality.
The new C7500G Series comes with an array of new features that have rapidly transformed the printing landscape. The old method of relying on a third party to print your labels often at a premium is a thing of the past. Now you can cheaply and conveniently print your own colour labels in any quantity you want.
Reliable, Cost-Effective Technology
The world of printing has changed a lot in recent years. The level of demand for mass personalisation of labels is on the increase; with more made to order products with labels and packaging that require variable data. With this in mind, the C7500 has introduced PrecisionCore™ ; a next-generation printhead technology based on micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS). MEMS utilises a 1 micron thin piezo actuator that effectively works as a pump to deposit ink in an extremely focused and efficient manner, saving you time and money.

The C7500G can help manufacturers produce consistent, high-quality labels in-house and on-demand. The printer features the new PrecisionCore printhead to ensure reliable, high-quality results. Our unique Nozzle Verification Technology (NVT) and dot substitution help prevent misprints and dead pixels for consistent printouts.
Cost-effective
Printing labels on-demand helps eliminate costs associated with pre-printing, such as label waste and large label inventory. High-capacity, individual ink cartridges mean only the colour used will need to be replaced, offering very low cost per print. The permanent printhead offers significant cost savings, and a guaranteed peace of mind as none of its major components will need replacing for at least 500km worth of printing1.
Fast speeds
Produce a range of high-quality labels, fast including those for food and beverage products, packaging and boxes, as well as EU Energy Labels and GHS Labels. With print speeds of up to 300mm/sec, you can now print labels in full colour, at the same speed as some incumbent thermal monochrome printers.

PrecisionCore uses powerful
micro-mechanical piezo elements
to fire the ink droplets. As no heat is
applied, the printhead is permanent
and does not need replacing2.
